FN FNX-45 Pistol
Years of creative product development and cutting-edge engineering methods have produced the FNX-45. The FNX-45 is a double-action/single-action hammer-driven handgun with significantly improved ergonomics that is modeled after the FNP-45 service pistol, which was first unveiled in 2007 as part of the U.S. Joint Combat handgun Program. Its magazine release, slide stop lever, and manual safety/decocking mechanisms are all completely ambidextrous, making it simple to use with any hand and from any firing position. The barrel and slide are made of stainless steel. The checkered polymer frame of the FNX-45 features a number of detachable backstraps with lanyard eyelets. Tactical lights and lasers can be mounted on the underside using a MIL-STD-1913 mounting rail.
