Winchester 296 Smokeless Gun Powder

Since the late 1800s, Winchester Smokeless Powders have been in use. Once the first shot is fired, customers who have shot Winchester factory loaded ammunition are aware of the type of propellant they are getting. With the Winchester line of powders, you can bring that quality to the reloading bench.

For the 357 Magnum and 44 Remington Magnum cartridges, the 296 powder was created. Additionally, Winchester advises using this propellant with 410 Bore AA ammunition.

• Never mix any two powders regardless of type, brand, or source.
• Never substitute any smokeless powder for Black Powder or any Black Powder substitute.
